There is place for everyone in counseling. Whether you are navigating a life change, dealing with an overwhelming challenge, or just need a safe space to process your thoughts, there is a place for you. I believe there is power in awareness and acceptance. In counseling, we co-create a space to harness that power through exploration and insight. Who you are does not need to be defined by struggle or labels.

Working through challenges can add to the depth and strength in each of us. In counseling, we find the tools that can help you tap into that strength. I have a Bachelors in Psychology, and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am client-centered, and I have training in EMDR, DBT, and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). I regularly incorporate aspects of mindfulness in the counseling setting and in my own life. I also use CBT and ACT techniques in my work. I believe I can best serve my clients with a comprehensive, holistic, mind-body approach to counseling. I honor the courage that it takes to seek help, and I am passionate about bringing the best help I can to those I have the privilege of working with in counseling.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, and our combined crew of ten kids. I love reading, devouring podcasts and BBC crime dramas, and listening to an eclectic mix of good music.
