My goal in your care is to provide you with the tools to create more space in your life where you feel safe, connected, and flourishing. I want to reassure you that you will not be alone in the process of healing from the symptoms associated with past trauma and abuse. I employ EMDR and somatic therapy techniques to support your nervous system and help foster a sense of calm and stability. I am dedicated to providing neuro-affirming care to individuals and families affected by ADHD or autism. I believe in a client-centered approach, which recognizes that you are the expert of your own life.

I also incorporate the principles of play with children to create a space that is tailored to their needs. I have spent the last two years working closely with LGBTQIA+ individuals and families to provide connection and healthy development.

Whether you want to be seen as a couple, family, or individual, I hope to provide a supportive environment that encourages growth and success. I am comfortable working with clients with a variety of backgrounds. My objective remains the same: to create a supportive environment where you can thrive rather than merely survive.
