I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 30 years of experience. I want to help people live their authentic lives. I’m a good listener with judgment-free regard for others. I have been trained to treat trauma from a variety of sources i.e. military, police, first responders, abuse and grief, using EMDR and ART. I work with couples, adults, and adolescents with many issues including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief, ADHD, body dysmorphia, gender dysphoria, LGBTQ+ and addiction. I use several modalities including CBT, ACT and Gottman strategies.
