I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life and faith transitions, low self-confidence, relationship challenges, sexual health concerns, shame, anxiety, depression, and compulsive behaviors (e.g. pornography). I believe that our relationship with ourselves and others can be powerful parts of our healing journey and ability to create change in our lives. Relationships take work and therapy can be a great place to explore barriers and process experiences that may be getting in the way of healing. I will be honored to support you on your journey toward meaningful change, growth, and healing in your life and relationships.

Building strong, supportive relationships with clients is a privilege I deeply value. In our sessions, you can expect a foundation built on safety, security, and unconditional positive regard. I am committed to holding the painful parts of your experiences with empathy and compassion, especially during moments when you may feel unable to hold them yourself.

My goal is to ensure you feel seen, heard, and know that you are not alone in your experiences or pain.
