Sydnee Eubank, Intern
I am committed to collaborating with clients in an empowering and authentic space where they feel seen, heard, and fulfilled. I work with individuals, couples, and families working through concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. I also support clients through life transitions and other mental health concerns that impact daily functioning and overall well-being.
I am drawn towards working with children and adolescents and utilizing non-traditional and developmentally sensitive modalities to acknowledge and explore daily stressors such as academic pressure, social demands, family dynamics, and life changes. I’m passionate about gaining a deep understanding of each client as a distinct individual while helping them develop nuanced coping skills and fostering creative exploration.
Together, we can collaborate in setting empowered goals and working toward meaningful change. My hope is to provide a space where you feel accepted and supported through your journey of growth. My approach is a non-directive, strengths-based style that is tailored to each client’s unique needs.
