Becky Steinfels, CSW
I am a clinical social worker who enjoys talking to, listening to, and learning about people. I enjoy working with Children (6+), teens, adolescents, and adults in individual therapy. I believe all humans deserve respect and are worthy of taking up space. No human is perfect, we all make mistakes, feel vulnerable, and are not alone in our pain and suffering.
I am experienced in assisting clients to overcome their challenges and achieve their objectives. I have expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I adapt my approach to each individual’s needs and preferences. I consider therapy to be a collaborative process, where we work together to identify your strengths, explore your emotions, and develop new skills and strategies. My goal is to help you create a more fulfilling and meaningful life,
while also supporting you through any difficulties or transitions you may encounter.
I enjoy being outdoors and love hiking, camping, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with friends and family. I can also be found snuggled on the couch in a cozy blanket reading a good book or watching a movie. I am the most distracted when it comes to dogs and I can’t wait to own another one someday.
