Nicole Lloyd, ACMHC
My goal as a therapist is to help clients recognize their personal strengths and help them maximize their potential to thrive in life. I specialize in treating children ages 5-12, teens, emerging adults, adults, and families. I provide mental health counseling for concerns such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, education and learning disabilities, life coaching, school concerns, sports performance, and self-esteem.
I utilize a variety of modalities when working with clients, based on their unique and individual needs, but specialize in implementing a strengths based approach. My goal is to work collaboratively to help clients to identify strengths, explore their emotions, and develop new skills and strategies to work through life challenges and difficult experiences.
